I really enjoyed this build! It's a product of great quality and my family and friends are impressed! Some of the part placements were difficult to see going by the pictures but I found plenty of resources to help me.

This is my first Nook Tales product and I love it! I was gifted this Nook Tales and I will say this one was quite challenging but so much fun. I enjoyed the little detail with creating the little books for the book shelf and the newspapers. I had to improvise using toothpicks to keep the newspapers rolled together. I would definitely continue building more of these from Nook Tales.

Would not recommend this for a first timer, there are a number of areas where its tricky to get the pieces to fit together without clamps and patience. I found some of the instructions for the lighting confusing and it took a while to get my head around how it all fitted together. The supplied piece of abrasive is inadequate, I recommend utilising mini diamond files, along with a decent PVA glue and a bunch of mini and larger spring clamps. A rack to organise each of the wooden parts sheets is also helpful. That being said this is a great little kit, gave many hours of enjoyment and came together at the end to give an excellent finish.

Didn't realize it was a 5 out of 5 difficulty rating. It was my first project and a little intimidating. I took my time and really enjoyed the process. Directions were easy enough and I am thoroughly proud of what I accomplished. It turned out just like it looked on the book.

I wanted one of these kits for long time and I am glad I finally got one! The instructions were very detailed and easy to follow. Every piece felt to be of good quality and fit together perfectly. I would highly recommend this kit to anyone who love puzzles, miniatures, or both.

Beautiful and really well made! I read a lot of reviews and wanted to delve into something quite a bit more difficult than I’ve done before and this was perfect. Came together perfectly and the pieces are sturdy and punch out easily. It’s definitely not for a beginner but it’s not super difficult. The most challenging part is the lighting, but the payoff is fabulous. Instructions are like 8/10 clear/easy to follow. Here it is half complete, which took about a day and a half of working on it pretty consistently.

The finished product is beautiful, well worth the 20 hours we put into it. The only difficulties we faced were that occasionally the pictures in the book were too dark to see the instructions clearly. Also, the wiring was at times difficult. However, if a person works carefully through the book step-by-step, they will end up with a beautiful product.

This is the first Book Nook Kit that I've ever assembled and I believe it's considered more of an advanced 3D wooden puzzle. With that said, my advice is to take your time. Follow instructions closely for wiring lights and pieces to use.
I found it to be a wonderful project for those rainy, cold days when wanting to stay indoors. I enjoyed this so much that my son purchased me a different kit for Christmas.

It's still a work in progress. Everything fits together very nicely which is a pleasant surprise. Excellent product for me with the snow and the cold outside 👌 It's going to have a prominent place in my bookcase when it's done.

It's a challenge but a fun project. Great when winter comes. Only about half way done but looking cool already.

Our first time building a book nook and couldn’t be happier with how it turned out! It came with tweezers to help with placement. It was so fun to build- it took us about 3 days to finish. Very study and quality is great! I’m buying More!

This was my second book nook purchase and I may have a new obsession. After trying some other brands, these builds are much more enjoyable and less frustrating. Most pieces have notches to put together rather than needing to glue everything together and comes with sticker sheets rather than paper that needs to be cut out and glued.

I am having so much fun building this kit. The instructions are easy to follow, the pieces are high quality and fit together well. It has been a joy from the start. I have been taking pictures and posting them on my Instagram and Facebook and continuously get comments about how detailed the pieces are. If I zoom in on an item it looks real. I will be sorry when I am done with it other then it will be awesome to display it in my office or library.

Instructions are sometimes hard to follow. parts do take time to put together. But I love the finished product

If you have the patience to put these mini’s together, this is absolutely adorable. The lights, however don’t always work the best and sometimes need to be replaced with a different set, which if they go bad post installation is a real pain in the A. So, check, double check and triple check the lights at various points in building.

I had so much fun building this kit a little disappointed because all the flowers were not included in my kit. Only one flower pot was included in the other three was not,Don’t know what happened with that so I made my own flower pots out of jewelry, beads and some flowers I got from michael’s, and I also got fancy with the chandelier light and put colorful beads,and stuff on it and made my own light, other than that, it was fun to put together .

I've built well over a dozen miniature houses and rooms from several different brands, and while I think this is one of the prettiest ones I've made it was also the most confusing and frustrating to put together.The kit is similar to all other miniature room kits with laser printed sheets of wood, a few tools and accessories, and an instruction booklet. This kit doesn't come with glue, nor does it have too many stickers (essentially just book covers to wrap around some rectangles). I used both Bearly Art Glue and Beacon 3-in-1 to put my kit together. I also used a craft knife to free some of the more delicate pieces, and I used a small rubber mallet a few times to get the pieces to snap together since the joints in this kit are super tight.The instructions are a little bit confusing partly because the pictures are so small. Like I said, I've put a lot of these sort of kits together, and this is the first time I really questioned what I was doing. I found the instructions for the lights the most confusing, but really there were only a few places the lights could go so I figured it out.The worst part of this kit is the stairs. They are such a pain and want to fall apart. I ended up building them very slowly, adding a little bit of glue to the bottom of each riser to hold everything in place. Even still, it was a bit of a struggle to get them to stay in place. I suggest gluing both the bottom and top in place too.The finished room is delightful! I am a voracious reader with a large collection of books, so I feel like this little room is the kind of place I'd like to live. The stairs look so delicate once installed, and I love the way the lights light up the scene. Two AAA batteries are required for the lights.This wasn't maybe the most fun kit to build, but I do love the finished product. Do note that if you are a beginner I wouldn't suggest starting with this kit.

The directions are hard to understand sometimes. But once you get the hang of it youll have an easier time. Its got alot of peices and took forever to put together but it looks really cool when done. I wouldn't say its beginner friendly though. Maybe intermediate

This kit turned out beautifully. It was a little tedious at times but once completed it was a fantastic addition to my collection. I enjoyed it so much I’ve ordered another one!

Great house building kit. It is so pretty. The colors are bright and beautiful. Lots of pieces so expect it to take some time to finish. I usually start these and it takes weeks to complete a little at a time. Just like legos these kits need to have the directions followed. Once built following the directions everything is usually sturdy. I have not completed it yet but it’s already looking great.

All the pieces were there and easy to follow instructions.
