At NookTales, every piece we create and send out is part of a little story; One that we hope adds a touch of warmth and wonder to your everyday moments!

But we understand that sometimes, a tale doesn’t turn out quite the way you expected. If that happens, we’re here to make things right.

 

🌟 Our Return Window

We offer a 30-day return window for all U.S. orders.

That means you have 30 days from the day your item arrives to request a return.

To be eligible, your item should be in its original packaging and condition, the same lovely state it arrived in. 

Products that have been used, worn, or damaged may not qualify for a refund.

Please keep your receipt or proof of purchase handy, it helps us trace your order quickly.

 

💌 How to Start a Return

Just send us a message at info@nooktales.com to begin your return.

Once approved, we’ll send you a return shipping label and simple instructions for sending your item back home to us.

standard $9.99 return shipping fee will be deducted from your refund.

For larger returns or multiple items in the same shipment, the return shipping cost may be adjusted based on the total package weight and size.

We’ll always confirm the exact amount with you before finalizing your return label, so there are no surprises.

Please note: returns sent without prior approval can’t be accepted. 

 

🌸 Damages & Order Issues

We carefully check every item before it begins it's journey, but if your order arrives damaged, defective, or not quite right, please reach out within 15 days of delivery.

Attach a few photos and a short note. We’ll take a look and help make things right, quickly and kindly.


🔄 Exchanges

The easiest way to swap for a different item is to return your current order and place a new one once your return is accepted.

That way, you can get your new favorite piece without waiting too long.


💫 Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we’ll notify you by email.

If your refund is approved, it will be issued back to your original payment method within 10 business days.

Please remember that your bank or credit card provider may need a little extra time to process the transaction.

If it’s been more than 15 business days since your refund was approved, please reach out to us. We’ll happily check on it for you. 

 

📦 Address Accuracy

Please double-check your shipping address before placing your order. We want your package to find its way safely to you.

If an order can’t be delivered due to an incorrect or incomplete address, we unfortunately can’t issue a refund or replacement.

If a reshipment is needed, additional shipping fees will apply.

 

🌍 International Orders

At this time, we do not accept returns for international orders (outside the U.S.) due to customs and shipping complexities.

If your international order arrives damaged or incorrect, please reach out. We’ll do our best to find the best solution.
