Every NookTales kit is meant to bring a little warmth to your shelf. If something isn't quite right, here's how we'll help.

🌟 Our Return Window

We offer a 30-day return window for US orders. You have 30 days from the day your order arrives to request a return.

To be eligible, your kit should be unopened and unbuilt, in its original packaging. Kits that have been opened, started or built can't be returned.

Please keep your order number or proof of purchase handy. It helps us find your order quickly.

💌 How to Start a Return

  1. Email us at info@nooktales.com with your order number.
  2. Once your return is approved, we'll send you a return shipping label and simple instructions.
  3. Pack your kit securely and drop it off with the carrier.

A standard $9.99 return shipping fee is deducted from your refund. For larger returns or several items in one shipment, the return shipping cost may be adjusted based on the package size and weight. We'll always confirm the exact amount with you before sending the label, so there are no surprises.

Please note: returns sent without prior approval can't be accepted.

🌸 Damaged or Incorrect Orders

Every kit is quality-checked before it ships. If your order still arrives damaged, defective or not quite right, please email us within 15 days of delivery with your order number, a few photos and a short note. We'll take a look and help make it right.

Missing a piece? We're happy to help. Just email us with your order number, the piece number and a photo.

💫 Refunds

Once your return arrives and is checked, we'll let you know by email. If your refund is approved, it will be issued to your original payment method within 10 business days.

Your bank or card provider may need a little extra time to process it. If it's been more than 15 business days since your refund was approved, please reach out and we'll happily check on it for you.

🔄 Exchanges

The easiest way to swap for a different kit is to return your current order and place a new one once your return is approved.

🌍 International Orders

At this time, we're unable to accept returns for orders shipped outside the US, due to customs and shipping costs. If your international order arrives damaged or incorrect, please email us and we'll find the best solution for you.

This doesn't affect your rights under your local consumer laws.

📦 Shipping Address

Please double-check your shipping address before placing your order. Orders that can't be delivered because of an incorrect or incomplete address aren't eligible for a refund or free reshipment. See our Shipping Policy for details.
