This particular one didn't quite come together for me, but I still love my little collection of nooks! If you're looking for a new hobby, this is a great place to start.
Amazing project! This was my third build, and it took about a week to finish. The instructions were clear and every piece was accounted for — just know it doesn't come with glue, so bring patience and set aside some time.
I had a lot of fun putting this together. The only tricky part was figuring out where the lights were supposed to go, which was a little confusing at times — but overall it was a great experience.
I bought this for my 70-year-old husband, who loves building miniatures, thinking he'd enjoy it — and he absolutely does! Just be aware this isn't for beginners: the wood can splinter easily, so keep a brown marker handy for touch-ups.
I received this as a Christmas gift and I love it! The only issue was the grass material, which makes quite a mess. It takes a good amount of patience to complete, but the finished result is genuinely beautiful.
Everything seems to be included, but the build instructions describe a dust cover with acrylic panels that's supposed to be part of the set — yet when I sorted my pieces before starting, the parts for that dust cover were missing from what should've been Package A. I've attached photos: one of the build guide showing the dust cover steps, and one of my sorted pieces for comparison.
Wow, there's a lot to unpack with this one. It's finished now, but it felt like it took forever. Nothing snaps together here — every single piece needs glue. The wiring was manageable, if not exactly enjoyable. Honestly, it felt just like assembling a dollhouse.
This was a long but genuinely fun build. A number of pieces broke while removing them from the stencil sheets. I wish the lighting instructions were clearer and less condensed — I wasn't sure where to start and couldn't find any outside help or guidance. I'd happily pay more for a version where pieces snapped together instead of needing what felt like gallons of super glue.
It was ok but I didn't get the music box that is in the instructions.

This was fun, but unlike other book nooks where pieces snap together, everything here needs to be glued. It's small and delicate, so separating pieces takes real care — at times the level of delicacy required got almost frustrating. Still, I enjoyed the process overall, though I wouldn't recommend it for beginners.
