As part of our ongoing commitment to sustainability and smooth delivery, we ship from the warehouse closest to you whenever possible.
We currently have fulfillment centers in Florida, California, and New York, as well as several international hubs.
For U.S. orders, we prioritize shipping domestically from one of our U.S. locations when stock is available. This helps shorten delivery times and reduce unnecessary shipping distance.
If an item isn’t in stock locally, it will be shipped directly from our manufacturing hub so you can still receive it promptly, while we continue working toward a smaller carbon footprint.

📦 Processing & Delivery Time
All orders placed on nooktales.com are processed within 2–3 business days before shipment.
*Please note that processing times may be longer during the holiday season or special promotional periods, as our team carefully packs and ships each order with care.
Once shipped, most orders arrive within 5–15 days, depending on your location and the nearest fulfillment center.
Please note:
Some destinations may experience longer delivery times (beyond 15 days) due to customs or local postal procedures.
Delivery times may vary slightly depending on regional courier capacity and local import processes.
You’ll receive a shipping confirmation email with your tracking number once your order is on its way. Tracking updates may take up to 48 hours to appear.

💌 Lost, Stolen, or Missing Packages
Once your order has left our facility, delivery is handled by the shipping carrier.
If your tracking shows “Delivered” but you haven’t received your package, the fastest way to resolve this is to contact your local post office or shipping courier directly. They’ll have the most up-to-date delivery information.

📬 Return to Sender
We kindly remind all customers to keep an eye on their tracking information and stay updated on delivery status to help ensure a smooth arrival.
If we notice that a package is having trouble being delivered, for example, due to an incorrect address, recipient absence, or other delivery issues, our team will send you an email reminder before the package is returned, encouraging you to pick it up or contact your local carrier directly.
Please make sure your shipping details are accurate and complete at checkout.
For international orders, please note that packages returned to sender cannot be redelivered or refunded.
Due to customs and logistical constraints, returned international packages are directed to a sorting facility for safe disposal.
