Die Schneiderei

I made this one with a twist. I am not a fan of the pink and white so I changed the colors. I used a different wallpaper and painted some of the features , also changed the fabric.
This is the result

Great kit!!!! I will say that I had to air out the whole kit due to a strong odor- not sure if it was the wood but it had a high moth ball scent to it. The pieces were nice snap together ones. No gluing, other than glue strips they sent. This is a very high detail, time consuming build- but worth it!!!

I got this for myself and I’m so happy with it. The little details are adorable and it feels like such a special project to work on. I can’t wait to sit down with a cup of tea and start building—it’s the kind of thing that makes you slow down and enjoy the process. The tailor shop design is so charming, I already know it’s going to look beautiful on display once it’s finished. Such a lovely kit for anyone who enjoys miniatures or just wants a creative way to relax. I’m so excited for this!

You measure fabric, you cut, you can use your own glue over stickies strips in my opinion. This kit comes with sticky strips but they're aggravating to me, they don't always come off correctly and don't always hold,
The light kit is easy to run, it's only one fixture. The directions are in full color but I needed my magnifying glass to see small details and orientation. Some things do not look exactly like what you see in the booklet, I took a picture of a vase, it was a good example of this. It looks white in the photo but it's bright silver. The one thing I wish this room build had was an item list to identify every detail that you need (I hope the designers read this for future kits they design!!). The only item list you get is the one that comes for wood pieces for building.

Man I am *almost* done with this but I already know that i absolutely Ioved making it. It was SO much more involved than some of the others I've done like it. For instance. It has wood materials (many different thicknesses), some plastic, fabric, ribbon, stickers, and the cardstocl paper cutouts... the others ive done are mostly plastic.
This project inparticular was one of my favorites so far. I am impress with the new stuff they put out on a consistent basis.

This miniature house kit is adorable. It comes with so many cute accessories and is fun to build. The only complaint I have is that when you first open the box, the odor is overwhelming. We had to leave the box open on our porch for a few days to get the chemical smell to dissipate. Not sure if it was the wood or perhaps an insecticide, but the odor was not pleasant. If you let it air out, you will have fun making this mini doll house. Great for teens or adults.

This will be my 6th miniature house kit I've assembled, and if I'm being honest it was a bit frustrating. The first two items you assemble are the ribbon dispenser, and the stool. Take a deep breath when you are putting these together, and this is where I almost gave up. Neither called for adhesive tape, but I wished I had a little glue to help hold things together better. Once I finally got these two gems assembled the rest of the build went somewhat smoothly. I wouldn't recommend this one for a first time builder, or if you have arthritis in your hands. If you take your time you will end up with something quite magical.

All the pieces came in. I love the uniqueness of the set up. I always wish the builds came with a remote as it would be nice to turn the lights on/off jointly when on display. The tape is okay , could be stickier. About a medium in difficulty , just a tedious project.

I absolutely LOVE putting together these mini dollhouses, It takes some patience, especially if you are a beginner. I find these types of projects to be quite relaxing and fun. The instructions are in color and detailed enough for anyone to assemble this successfully.The light kit was not difficult, either, which, with other kits that was often where I would struggle.

It's not too difficult, and would be fun for a someone 8 years and up to have a go at with supervision. When this one was completed I wanted to shrink down, crawl onto the couch, and enjoy a good book.

Great design and quality. My 9 year old granddaughter and I are in the process of putting this together when she comes to visit. We got a decent amount of it done. The pieces are small and this takes time to put together it’s like a really fun interactive puzzle with different textures and designs.

I got this for my 12 year old granddaughter who loves doing puzzles and crafts, so this is the best of both worlds. Personally, I think this is the coolest one she has done yet. So many fine details that are just extraordinary. She was able to get it tall put together in one settings. The instructions were clear and easy to read, and it took her about four hours to complete. She had no issues while doing it. The final product is just stunning. We love this one.

This kit is amazing. I opened it and was immediately blown away by all the intricate details included on Every. Single. Piece. It's gorgeous. it looks great from all sides. I can 't say enough about this kit, I love it!

Another great set. My preteen daughter lives to build these and while this one definitely had some old person vibes due to the decor the amount of decor was impressive and she ended up enjoying it regardless.
