This one is a great one for someone getting started with Book Nooks. It was easy to complete, but still looks great. And it was fun to build.

These kits have become my favorite hobby. I have done 3 of these kits so far, and the materials that it comes with are great quality. These kits come with everything you need. And the lighting was easy to wire. I find that it is inexpensive for everything that comes with the kit.

Made this for a friend in our book club. Beautifully designed with intricate detail.Outer pieces are cut so precise that it makes it difficult to put the last walls together. Very clever design to access the battery.
Best location to turn lights on and off. Very effective.

The product is beautiful, and it is beautifully packaged. However, you need to be a patient person who truly enjoys building models because it takes a lot of time specially because you have to sand the notches in order to fit the pieces. Also, it doesn't have a protective layer in the front to avoid dust of bugs getting in.

My daughter has not put It together but It seems like a great Present for a 12 year old who does not want to play with dolls anymore.

I got this for my granddaughter and she loves all of the box scenes she has 4 others that are just as perfect.

Fun and pretty easy to put together. Be gentle though you can damage it if you push too hard. The stickers are very legible and well printed.

My daughter enjoyed putting the pieces together by herself. It is a well-made piece, worth the price.

This brand in comparison to others is amazing! This kit snaps together great, requires minimal glue, stays together, and is really fun! Highly recommend this brand!!

I had a great time putting this together and the result is so cool! It came with everything you need. I was impressed by the quality and fit of the pieces. I expected to have a hard time aligning things but found that was not the case. Pieces felt well made and well thought out, instructions were generally easy to follow. The lights worked (admittedly after a few rewires, but that's user error). Overall, this is a really fun project and I'm excited to build another one.

I find the process of assembly very calming. I don't want to think about what I'm doing. I like wood 3d model, lego type building blocks, nuts and bolts type model kits and book nook kits. I enjoy doing the book nook kits the most. So, I've completed 8 kits with different difficulty levels. The first one was a good beginner kit. Everything was DIY. The wood wasn't pre-printed for you. You have to assemble EVERYTHING. There are a ton of pieces.

The directions were not very clear. It just showed some pictures that didn’t really explain them well.

I got this and made it for my grandmother. She doesn’t travel physically but always says she travels through her books. She always wanted to ride a train so I got one for her bookshelf. The instructions were very clear but be sure you want to spend hours on a project before buying. I enjoyed it!

The instructions were very clear. The parts take some patience since you need enough pressure on the tag board, but not so much that it splinters. The included glue was good craft glue. I enjoyed putting it together, and was really pleased by the finished piece, especially with the light glowing through.

I like it a lot. Assembly does take a lot of time and patience, ~6 hours for me; as an experimental physicist, I handle delicate equipment on a regular basis; I take pride in assembling fine pieces of stuff for a fine outcome. The craft is well designed, and the final product is very rewarding.
It is a showpiece which you can place between books on shelves, but please do not expect it single handedly support books leaning on it from one side.
The only complaint I have is about the touch switch to turn on the LED lights. It is over sensitive, and sometimes turns on the unit on its own.

Very simple to assemble, though it did take a while. Final product looks adorable and feels like a high quality product. I was unsure if I would need my own supplies but the kit provided everything needed. I would recommend having a stronger glue option for assembling the outside panels but the glue provided is strong enough for the smaller internal parts.
