This is the first time ordering a Book Nook kit and now I want more! A clever concept that is fun, creative, and made with quality materials with an illustrated & easy-to-understand instruction booklet. I especially like how beautifully crafted the individual pieces are and all the tiny embellishment that come together to create such a richly layered look. We are just getting started with ours and so far, it’s been easy and straight-forward, with pieces punching out easily and everything working as it should. We definitely will buy more of the series.

This is an awesome DIY Book Nook 3D Floral Corner Puzzle.The kit is made from a lightweight wood and has tiny realistic decor pieces to complete the look. It also has led lights. I would not recommend this kid for children under 13 because it has extremely tiny pieces and requires adult supervision. Assembly is slow going and tedious but the end result is definitely worth it. It makes a beautiful floral corner puzzle. I am a collector of 3D puzzles. I am so excited to add this beautiful creation to my collection. This kit would be an awesome gift for puzzle lovers, crafters, DIYERS etc. it is a little on the pricey side but if this is your kind of thing, I definitely feel like it’s worth it.

We have been wanting to try one of these style of kits for awhile now. When we saw this cute floral corner kit, we decided to order it and see how it went. I was surprised how nice this kit is. All the miniature pieces are very detailed and look amazing. The directions are very good and all together it probably took about 4 hours to put together. The assembly wasn't as hard as we thought and it was really fun to do. We are planning on making more of these kind of nooks and giving them away as holiday gifts this year. This is a really unique and interesting display piece! This would be a great afternoon project for a cold or rainy day. 100 % recommended!!

I always wanted to make one of these! And i was not disappointed! I loved this so much! The packaging, the pieces, the instructions and the finished puzzle was all top tear. Mostly for older people and younger children might struggle with it! perfect book nook puzzle.

I picked this up to add a bit of light and interest to a full bookshelf. The building process is fun and took me a couple of hours one evening. I particularly liked the clear dust cover to protect the inside of the build. and the vintage book design on the outside of the puzzle. Don't forget to pick up batteries if you don't want to USB charge the lights. I plan to begin collecting this set after building this one!

I really enjoy building these kinds of kits. They are designed to be easy to assemble, and the instructions are clear and easy to follow. I also like that the pieces fit together well, and the finished project looks great. I would definitely recommend this brand to anyone looking for a fun and rewarding building experience.

Nice and dazzling book nook. Has a lot of detail. Fun to assemble but takes a while. Instructions are easy to follow. This is a nice project to work on to take your mind off things. End product is spectacular and great on a bookshelf as well. Very nice.

This is a really neat "book nook" to put on our book shelf. I ordered it for my wife, who has a collection of beautiful books. The materials are great quality, and is actually made of wood (not cardboard). There are a lot of little parts to assemble, so if you're looking for a small construction project (maybe similar to a 3D puzzle or model construction), this will be a big hit. My only reservation is for people who don't want to do the assembly, it may never get put together! 5 stars.

This is good for someone who likes to keep their hands busy. It requires some patience and finesse, but that's part of the fun. It's a challenge.The greatest motivation is a really fun result, which this gives for sure.Now I just have to find a space worthy enough to display it!

This book nook is such a fun build! It did take me about 3 whole weeks to build with about 45-60 minutes per night (skipping weekends). My point being it's a meticulous and time-consuming build but it's worth it! The instructions are more visual but relatively easy to follow. The book nook is constructed of wooden pieces which is definitely a step up from 3D metal earth builds if you're familiar with those. Build wise it's very comparable to 3D metal earth puzzles but it's way more gentle on my finger tips. There's also a lot of delicate small pieces that take patience and precision to fit while at the same time perfectly fit together. This puzzle definitely isn't for the faint of heart but, if you REALLY enjoy puzzles this is a fun build! It's exciting and fun to progress on the build step by step. If you really enjoy puzzles, legos or 3D metal earth puzzle you'll really enjoy this book nook. I really enjoyed building this book nook and would absolutely recommend it!

I am a huge fan of building miniatures, but unfortunately lack of space does not allow me to build dollhouses any more. I have discovered book nooks, and have fallen in love. This particular model has a different theme than the ones I usually build, but it is still very lovely. I typically build ones to display in the Harry Potter/wizard themed reading corning of my classroom, and this one does not go along with that theme at all. I love all the details in this flower shop model. The details are so well thought out and add so much to the overall look. I have built miniatures for many years, but I believe even a novice could complete this project given time and materials. The instructions were easy to follow, and the pieces were easy to identify. I highly suggest some light sand paper, a good craft knife, and some quality glue (I prefer Aileen's tacky glue) For sturdiness, I glue nearly every piece in place, even if the directions do not call for it. A strong, quick setting tacky glue makes assembly so much easier. The wiring was a little tricky, but I eventually got it to work out. I dislike splicing and stripping wires, and unfortunately this required both. However, the final result was well worth it. It looks great and I'm very happy with it. This would be a great project for anyone who wants to build a miniature scene, but doesn't really want a "dark" themed one.

I got this several weeks ago and was excited to open it. After opening everything and exploring the parts, I just got started with a few of the first steps and then life got in the way. I was just recently able to finish it so it seemed like a much longer build for me. But that just made it feel so much more satisfing to finish. I like how most of the steps are based on precision but there are still a few steps that allow for a little artistry. This comes with all the tools you need but I would recommend a comfortable pair of crafting tweezers since you will be using them so much.You can tell that the people who designed this were not just thinking about something that would look great once it was completed but were also thinking about how enjoyable the build process would be. Anyone who is into flowers or books (or both) is going to love this project.The only change that would have been nice is if it just plugged into the wall or a USB port and had the option of being lit all the time. But still it is a nice effect when someone sees it for the first time and then presses the button to turn the light on.

My 10-year-old granddaughter spent hours assembling this little mystical nook. The only issue was that some of the pieces are so detailed she had a bit of a difficult time assembling them. Overall, though, it was a success!Great gift for someone who enjoys hours of focused attention, detailed work.

I love this book nook so much! It is absolutely adorable when it's assembled! It did take me a long time to put together, but the directions were clear and concise and easy to follow. Their are lots of small pieces so I recommend craft tweezers! They help out so much!

This is a labor of love and the perfect accent for my Aunt's bookshelf. This can keep anyone busy for days because you don't want to get going too fast and rip a piece. Perfect for dexterity practice. Great gift for ages 10 and up up up.

This is a cute little craft project to do with your kids, teens or even yourself if you're into these. Its high quality and easy enough to put together if you follow the directions. The lighting feature is pretty neat and stands out when placed on your bookshelf or wherever you decide to display it.

I love making models/miniatures/book nooks and this one did not disappoint. It comes with everything you need minus glue and tweezers. You could go without glue, but in this style I don't like to. I actually use my cricut tweezers anyway so that didn't bother me. I love that it comes with a dust cover to help keep it from getting gross. The finished product is adorable and looks great on my bookshelf.

This kit has a lot of really fun details and goes into a lot of depth in fleshing out the overall design. The materials are nice, and the wood really lends to the quality above other alternative kits where you end up with cheaper materials. Decent way to spend some free time if you are someone who likes to sit down with various types of building kits. It's straight forward enough to not require any kind of previous knowledge in order to complete, but engaging and satisfying none the less. The finished product is quite interesting to look at, and subjectively adequate enough to use decoratively afterwards. A fan of projects that are both fun to build and look nice enough to display afterwards, rather than just dismantling them or discarding them afterwards as this adds a sense of reward to completion & the process in addition to just the entertainment value of the time spent. This kit looks right at home on a nice bookshelf. A refreshing and imaginative little set.Likes:- Good quality materials.- Very interesting design.- Plenty of details and depth to the concept.- Fun and engaging building kit, and a great way for somebody who likes building kits of various types to spend some free time.Dislikes:- When it's finished.

My wife and I love doing puzzles - typically 100 to 200 piece ones. We always have one going( in what was our dining room and now is our puzzle room). These laser cut 3d dioramas are lots of fun. The pieces are cleanly cut and the kit contains everything you need. The accessories like the included lighting really make this stand out. Unlike puzzles, that we disassemble when done, this one we will keep together on our bookshelf. Will be getting more of these.

I have been into building models and this book nook is awesome! all the necessary pieces came with the set. It also looks wonderful on a shelf surrounded by other books and knick knacks. I really enjoyed working on this with my partner and it gave us something fun to do without staring at a computer/tv screen. Overall really recommend this set!

This is a well-made DIY miniature craft puzzle kit for adults and older kids. It comes in a nice box that could be given as a gift. Everything is made out of thin sturdy wood. You do have to be careful breaking the pieces apart as there are some very small pieces that will easily break if you are not careful. The instructions are pretty clear; a few pages are a little small to read and some of the numbers on the wood were not easy to read, but I was able to figure everything out. The detail and designs on the wood are nicely done. It comes with a screwdriver and a ruler on the instructions. I needed to use scissors and a glue gun in a couple places. The light requires two AAA batteries which are not included. The batteries are for the light inside that turns on by touch on the front. The battery compartment is hidden on the bottom. It is a very time-consuming, but fun project. It took me between 4 and 5 hours to complete.I gave it 5 stars because although it’s not perfect (and didn’t include batteries), it is made well and the end product is display worthy and will make you feel like a professional crafter!

This project was so much fun!! I hadn't assembled a book nook before so I wasn't sure what to expect. It took several hours, done over the course of about three weeks. It comes with a large instruction booklet where each step is illustrated in detail. I found it easy to follow. Make sure you keep the outer sleeve that comes on the box as it has a couple of photos of the finished product that are good guides if you need to check that you are doing something right.

All the parts and tools you will need are included, and in some cases there are some extras. The instructions state that you may need to sand some rough edges, and the kit even includes a little patch of sandpaper, but I never found it necessary. No glue is needed, the parts just snap into place. I did end using a dab of glue in a couple of places to make things sit right where I wanted them to, but I could have easily done without.

The hardest part for me was creating the flower pots. You sometimes have to shape and bend the flowers to get them to look natural. For my next kit (this has convinced me to buy more!) I will probably avoid flowers and leaves! This project was just enough of a challenge that I felt really accomplished when I finished it and pressed the button on the front and the light really did come on. I really have no complaints, I would definitely recommend this kit.

I have tried to do these before and completely failed. The other book nooks wouldn't fit together or stay together so I never finished them. I chose this one because my mom loves gardening and flowers. This was a dream to put together. I spent 6 hours on a Saturday just absorbed in putting it together and really enjoyed myself. No problems what-so-ever!! Only thing is that the wires for the lights, be careful which one you use where. I had to do a little electrician work to get the black wires to come together. All in all.... A DEFINATE MUST HAVE!!

I absolutely love building these miniature houses. This one was great. The directions were easy to follow, the materials were strong and not prone to breaking. The parts were fairly easy to snap together but it did not come with glue but little strips of double sided tape that worked great. I highly recommend this particular one. Days of fun.

I'm obsessed with flowers books so when I saw that they were combined I knew I needed this. I can't wait to build it and add it to my collection.
