I ordered through NookBook the Gallery Bookstore, we had a great time of putting it together.

This easy snap together kit is perfect for beginners, The instructions are clear and all pieces are wood cutouts. The paper parts are vividly printed and adhesive backed for quick and easy application. The pre-cut mirrors are adhesive backed. The clear acrylic windows are pre-cut for ease. All of the wiring has been done, it is simply plug and play.

The kit could easily be done by a younger child with some adult supervision. Put down a sheet under the work area to catch stray pieces that drop (protects your floor and it is much easier that digging through carpet or tracking the bounce off of hardwood). Cut the pieces out of the backing board ahead of time (keep the backing board for reference), lightly pencil the number on the back of each piece and put in separate numbered zip bags. If a mistake is made encourage them that it doesn't have to look EXACTLY like the picture.

Add some miniature flowers or decor of your own to make it unique. The use of acrylic or ink markers on the edges of wood can make the pieces look more realistic. Sharpie has some skin colored ink markers that work great for various browns and Tooli-Art has some lovely brown acrylic markers. Artistro and other companies have great inexpensive large variety acrylic marker sets.

Beautiful quality. A great detailed puzzle that teen kids can help you with as a fun activity. Love how easy instructions were to follow. The light works great and it looks super cute on my bookshelf. Would suggest buying the tacky glue amazon recommends. Would recommend to all my friends and family.

Great, though some pieces don't quite fit and need a bit of trimming down and a lot of pressure to get them to fit in - I bought a small craft hammer and it does the trick and saves my fingers, other than that it's really detailed and relaxing to put together, I have and will definitely buy more kits

It is cute and fun to build. I gave it to my sister for a gift and she built it right away. It looks complicated and hard but it was easier than expected.

I bought this kit for my husband. He enjoys building these types of kits. It was easy and has very nice details.

I really enjoy these book nook kits. While they seem easy to build, they can be quite complicated. Especially, for someone like me with Arthritis in my hands. I turn on some meditation music and I start building.

Wow. Fun! I had no idea i would have this much fun building something my birds can destroy in 15 minutes! Well made. Looks legit. Wood pieces are durable. Very impressed. I have like 3 more. Took a couple hours like for 2 nights. Cool project.

Pretty straight forward assembly and came out very nice! I’m going to get all the Japanese ones to complete my shelf now. There were some odd things though I included in a video. The instructions skip 40-42 but I noticed they were on the very back. That was definitely not how it was meant to be. You do have to be careful when sanding as the parts chip very easily but maybe I’m too aggressive. I also really love how easily accessible the battery back is for when you need to replace batteries.

I picked up the Book Nook Kit as a fun little project and it exceeded my expectations. The kit comes with all the pieces you need to create a tiny, detailed bakery scene that fits perfectly between books on a shelf.

Absolutely love these. I’ve probably made about 6 of these book books and I never have a problem with any of the pieces being or broken missing. I will say you do have to buy glue to assemble some of the pieces, it’s not included in the kit. But super fun to build, worth it in my opinion

This turned out beautifully, had amazing details, and it was challenging! As a musician I really appreciated the instruments and all the little tributes to classical composers, Vinyl Records and of course recognizable book covers. This was only my 2nd book nook project, and was definitely more difficult and time consuming than the Owl Bookstore. I wouldn't recommend this one if its your first time! However, with lots of patience and creative maneuvering I was able to complete this in a total of about 9-10 hours. (I worked on this in several sittings). Lots of glueing involved, so I recommend having some tacky glue on hand as it works perfectly and dries fairly quickly.

Love this line, they go together easily and stay together. The only thing I have trouble with is attaching the building to the platform, so I glue it.

My sister gave me this kit for my birthday. I love it! It was fun to put together and it looks so cute on my bookshelf. I didn’t realize it didn’t come with glue, so I had to improvise. It was pretty easy to assemble and the instructions were really easy to follow. Do take care with the lights-one wire came apart pretty easily, so the side doesn’t light up. Not a big deal, just a heads up.

Other than some strange inconsistencies (like the "Est. 2019" and "Your Tagline Here" and hours in military time,) this is a fantastic looking kit. Lots of details, making this look like a busy vintage shop. The quality is great. Even a beginner could do this, although it's still challenging enough to interest a more experienced crafter.

Everything was delivered in tack and tested led lights (all working).

Great kit. Easy follow directions and pieces snap solidly together. Some plastic pieces require gluing.

One of best kits I have put together. Pieces are very well made and instructions were fairly clear up until the wiring of the lights. I had to walk away from those instructions twice before I figured it out. Have purchased two more kits and hope they are just as well made.

Fun to put together. Really a great model with good and good quality.

This was a cute puzzle. I’ve completed a few of these type of puzzles. The instruction for this was easy to follow, and all of the parts were easy to punch out and put together. Everything was included except the glue (or double sided tape).

Assembling was fun and took a few days at slow pace. Built it in memory of a friend who passed away earlier in the year. He loved coffee shops.

Very clever kit. Well made, clear directions, love the details. Just getting started on it. Would highly recommend. I’ve done many of these book nooks, and this is a favorite.
